Nothing speaks of simplicity like the European legislative process. Twin that with a multimillion Euro research and innovation programme with innumerable schemes, actions and calls and, well, it’s plain sailing all the way.
The lead up to H2020 is a case in point. So simple, in fact, that the EC has published this crystal clear diagram of the process of negotiation and approval.
I don’t think I need to say any more. I mean, it’s all there and frankly, it’s *you* who’s at fault if you don’t understand.
